Carter's has 50% off everything, with an extra 25% off orders of $50 or more using code BIG SALE or 15% off orders less than $50 using code SAVENOW. Their clearance is an additional 25% off as well! I found the cutest little Easter dress for Ava for under $20.
This last one isn't a President's Day sale but it's worth mentioning. Country Attire has Hunter boots on sale, and while it's a UK company, they offer free international shipping. I finally caved and bought a pair of black ones for a total of $110...they should be here next week!
